At this NUTN pre-conference workshop the approximately 25 participants were asked to rank the five measures they deemed most important when reporting to their institution’s administration about the quality of their distance learning program. The distance learning administrators in attendance indicated that student learning outcomes, student satisfaction and course enrollment and/or headcount were the three most critical measures they would want to use to demonstrate the quality of their distance learning programs.
