What is IQAT™ all about?  It’s about benchmarking.

IQAT™ allows subscribers to view reports showing their own data benchmarked against other, similar institutions – Benchmark Groups.

Benchmark Groups are groups of institutions that share one or more characteristics in common. For example, state, size, Carnegie Classification, etc. Examples include:

• Research I Institutions
• Institutions in Minnesota
• Four-year, public institutions in the southeast
• Community Colleges in California

Groups are established both by IQAT™ Administration, and by existing and prospective subscribers upon request. For example, multiple campuses in a statewide system or members of a consortium may establish their own custom group. Custom groups have the ability to add their own areas of assessment and benchmark specifically against group members, in addition to benchmarking with all other IQAT™ subscribers.

Data for each benchmark group is organized into tables that show the different reports that can be generated for each variable.  Continue the IQAT™ tour to see examples of these reports.
